The Spanish, who have been frozen out at Anfield, is not on the list of 21 men who appeared to UEFA this week.
His is the only notable omission, with the likes of Philippe Coutinho, Christian Benteke and Jordan Henderson all appointed. Daniel Sturridge, who is nearing a return to training is also on the list.
Jordan Ibe is not on the list but will still be eligible for the group stage as the B-list of the Reds.
Under UEFA rules, a player may be registered on List B if he is born from January 1, 1994 and has been eligible to play for the club concerned for any uninterrupted period of two years since their 15th birthday at the time that is registered with UEFA. sepatu nike
